On behalf of A Legacy of Equality, Leadership and Organizing (LELO), we are writing to solicit your support for LELO's annual event held in honor of Tyree Scott, Silme Domingo, and Gene Viernes, co-founders of LELO. The event will be on Saturday, June 6, 2026 (doors open 12:30 pm) at South Seattle College in West Seattle. LELO has been serving and empowering workers in their communities and workplaces since 1973. LELO continues to ensure that workers retain their right to drive through successful relicensing programs, and through our Tyree Scott International Worker to Worker Program, we build solidarity with workers around the world who are fighting for their human and labor rights. We organize in our communities to ensure that working people have healthy food and access to organic vegetables. And we show up to picket lines and marches to support workers who are fighting for safe working conditions and livable wages!
