OCA-Luncheon/ Walk in the Park

Welcome everybody! The sun is out, spring is here, and it’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and we at OCA-Greater Seattle would love to invite you to our OCA Luncheon. Find out what OCA’s been up to and more. This time we will be at the Seven Stars Pepper Szechuan Restaurant on Saturday May 24, 2014 at 11am. As always this will be FREE for our members and $15 for non-members. (If you’re not a member it is never too late to join. You can signup here or we will also have forms there.)

We will be featuring a delicious 11-course meal that will include:

Egg flower soup
Fish in hot bean sauce
Black pepper beef
Wild chili pork
Kung pao chicken
Garlic broccoli
Sliced beef with omasa in hot oil
Sliced pickled cucumber
Green onion pancake
Vegetable chow mein
Steamed rice

Before the Luncheon, please join us for our Walk in the Park series where we will be visiting near-by parks Jose Rizal Park and Daejeon Park. These parks are the intersection of Chinatown/International District, Central District, and Beacon Hill.

Schedule:

930am – Meet at Jose Rizal Park, Address: 1008 12th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144

1015am – Daejeon Park, 1144 Sturgus Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144

11am – OCA Luncheon at Seven Stars Pepper Szechuan Restaurant, 1207 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98144
